Good To Know
Regular Care
Vacuum 1–2 times per week to remove dirt and debris. For delicate or handmade rugs, use a vacuum without a beater bar to avoid damage. For smaller rugs, take them outside and give them a good shake to loosen dirt and dust.
Spot Cleaning
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it can push the stain deeper into the fibers. Use a mild soap and water mixture for light stains. Test in a hidden area first. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
Deep Cleaning
We recommend professional cleaning every 12–18 months, especially for high-traffic areas or specialty rugs. For synthetic rugs, you can use a carpet cleaner. Always follow with thorough drying.
